Meet Chef Abiola Akanji
Abiola Akanji is a culinary professional with more than a decade of experience in the art of food making. Popularly known by food lovers as Chef Stone, Abiola is an alumnus of the French Culinary Institute and the International Culinary Education Centre in New York. Chef Stone also owns The Red Dish Culinary School, which has produced over a thousand graduates since its inception.
On the 30th of April 2017 @11am, Chef Stone will lead a Masterclass at the GTBank Food and Drink Fair where he will share his culinary skills and expertise.
